Personal Data: The categories of personal data processed by the Sub-processors and/or the Affiliates will depend on the nature of the Cloudera Products and/or Services provided, the terms of the master subscription agreement, and/or the data processing addendum with the customer.
“Adequacy Decision” means determinations by the European Commission that a third country outside the European Union/European Economic Area offers an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
“BCRs” means EU Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), which are rules for data transfers within multinational companies.
*The location of the Cloudera Affiliate assisting with the delivery of the Cloudera Product(s) and/or Service(s) will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, the terms of the master subscription agreement, terms of service, and/or the data processing addendum with the customer, as well as the customer’s primary business location.
